Workies is a firmwide after work event organisation within BNP Paribas. It's name is the fusion between work + buddies.

Workies started from a simple observation. In France, BNP Paribas offices are dispatched all over Paris. Colleagues do not get to meet each other even if sometimes they work in the same team. Workies aims at organising fun afterwork networking events to get people together in order to put a face on a voice or an email address. The goal is to provide better cohesion among colleagues and healthier professional relationships.
As inspiration I focused on the social aspect of the organisation and decided to use the image of two people talking and exchanging with each other. The final shape represents workies' "w".
I decided to use water colours as a theme. The idea of colours merging together well represented the company desire to bring people together in cohesion. The colours are bright and happy.

Early design for a flyer. Probably too monotonous and not appealing enough for an afterwork event.
